Shipping Policies

Please allow about 5-7 days for shipment (during regular, non gem show times). This is a one person business so I handle almost everything by myself, from posting, and customer service/ sales, to packing and shipment. Each order is packaged with love and attention. 

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges permitted. All orders include $100 insurance automatically. Damaged Items shipped through USPS are directed to file an insurance claim with USPS.
